Welcome

A small home, by design

Faith Care Residential is a Residential Treatment Home for up to five adults living with serious and persistent mental health conditions. A small household means quieter days, familiar faces, and room for each person to be known as an individual — not as a diagnosis.

Our purpose is simple: to offer a safe, steady, home-like place where residents can rest, rebuild routines, and move toward the kind of independence they choose, with caring support available around the clock.

Licensing status: Preparing to open

Faith Care Residential LLC is preparing to open as a Residential Treatment Home. We are not yet licensed by the Oregon Health Authority, and we cannot accept formal referrals or admit residents until a license is issued.

Our approach

Support that follows the person, not a script

  • Home first

Shared meals, personal space, and everyday routines that feel like home rather than a facility.

  • Recovery at your own pace

Goals are set with each resident and adjusted as they grow, with encouragement instead of pressure.

  • Connected to community

We work alongside case managers, providers, family, and friends so no one has to navigate recovery alone.

Planned services

Support for everyday life and lasting recovery

Our planned services focus on daily support, skill-building, and coordination with each resident's own treatment providers. Clinical care is provided by outside licensed professionals.
